"I have had homeowners insurance with State Farm - Andy Ainsley for about 7 years. Twice during that period of time I asked to have him call me. NOTHING. I recently got a cancellation notice because I had two claims - one for hail and one for a renter who broke my shower. That was the reason for cancellation. It took three days and multiple requests to have him call me. I asked if he would appeal the cancellation which seemed ridiculous. He would not. You decide if this is how you like to do business. I do not."

"Amanda is an incredible agent, and has helped me with multiple quotes and insurance changes over the years, so much so that I kept my insurance through Andy Ainslie even after moving to Sioux Falls. In a recent accident, there were a lot of hiccups working with the other party's insurance company, but Amanda was there every step of the way for when I had questions on the process and to reassure me... this stuff is stressful! After a mistake on the other company's end where they filed a claim with State Farm on my policy after accepting full liability, State Farm's claims team quickly got to the bottom of it, escalated my case, and resolved the mistake within an hour. It's amazing service like this that keeps me with State Farm and Andy's team."

"Our business has used Andy for at least five years. Andy always calls when there is any changes to our policies. From time-to-time he will personally stop by our store to have an in-person check-in. He is prompt in returning e-mails. Whenever I call, a friendly person answers the phone."

"Poor customer service, staff can't or won't return phone calls, couldn't tell you anything about Andy as I've never met or had a phone call from him in the 4 years I've been with his office."

"I have had the worst customer experience with these people. For example yesterday I called and had questions about my insurance switching over because I bought a new motorcycle. The guy who answered seemed annoyed and irritated rhat I was even calling. I told him if he was busy I can call back later and his exact words were "no it's on my desk now so I just want to get it done with". Okay well how rude first off. And then during my call he told me one second and put me on hold in the middle of me asking my questions. And he came back and said oh sorry had to answer my phone call from my wife. Uh okay didn't know customers came second in your line of business. I understand it might have been something important but don't put a customer on hold so you can ask your wife how her day is going. I'm so sick of this company and I will definitely be switching agents. I have never had such a worst customer experience. And also on top of that the questions I did answer this guy didn't even give me clear answers. He's just like well your account is gonna look weird and stuff and I can't tell you exactly how much your insurance is gonna be. Like what. Aren't you suppose to know how insurance works and how much I need to be paying???!! This guy and everybody else there are idiots. I hate working with them. Def switching insurance agents."
